Payment

For listed shop items, we accept PayPal (for customs orders, we accept PayPal or personal checks). Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to all CA orders.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS priority mail within 3-5 days. If there are any delays in shipping, buyer will be notified.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, we can provide shipping insurance for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering to make arrangements or note it in the Special Instructions box upon checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If you have questions, concerns, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@thepapermintpress.com immediately and we will try to accommodate. Sorry, we cannot refund payments on custom-designed work.
